2008-08-28 Dear Sir, we are a Marine service station that does Fire Extinguisher service and Inspections located in Ecuador – South America (Approved by the Maritime Authority of Ecuador – IMO member state – and the ABS as an external specialist). I would like to know if the Inspection Certificates issued by us to Lithuanian Flag Ships would be accepted or if you require other approvals.
Lithuanian Maritime Safety Administration will accept inspections in Lithuanian Flag Ships, but you should send us Certificate, issued by American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), which proves your right to inspect ships. |
